Managing Director and Responsible Individual – John Shirreffs, has worked in mental health services for over 20 years, having experience in the NHS, Civil Service and independent sector. Previously Commissioning Director and Deputy Chief Executive of Pastoral Healthcare (a secure mental health provider), he has also commissioned all Specialist Mental Health Services for Wales and advised the Welsh Assembly Government on mental health policy.
Although we do not provide nursing care, our staff team includes access to a Registered Mental Nurse and a dually qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Nurse Learning Disability, as well as a number of other Social Care Work staff.
